Coach Ethan is an athlete-turned-coach with a focus on strength, performance, and helping others thrive physically and mentally.

  • Ethan Waite was born in Alabama and raised in Colorado, where his passion for sports and human performance took root at an early age. Growing up, he was deeply involved in football and rugby—two sports that instilled in him the values of discipline, resilience, and teamwork.

    Ethan is a proud graduate of Ponderosa High School (Class of 2019), where he competed in both football and rugby throughout his high school career. He went on to attend Colorado State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. While at CSU, Ethan played for the Division 1 15s rugby team, gaining invaluable experience at a high level of competition.

    During his time at CSU, Ethan also stepped into leadership and coaching roles, training members of the university’s Adult Fitness Program and working closely with the Army ROTC program to prepare cadets for the physical demands of military service. These experiences sharpened his ability to coach a wide range of populations—from community members looking to improve their health to tactical athletes preparing for service.

    Beyond his work at the university, Ethan has built a strong foundation in personal training, guiding individuals toward their fitness goals with a science-backed, personalized approach. His background in exercise science allows him to blend evidence-based methods with practical, real-world coaching to help clients achieve sustainable results.

    Ethan is passionate about helping others grow stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally. With a relentless work ethic, a deep understanding of the human body, and a genuine dedication to those he trains, Ethan brings both expertise and heart to every session he leads.
