The Youth Athletic Development Program is tailored for athletes ages 9-11 and is set up to build the foundation for a long healthy successful athletic career. The program will work on improving speed, agility and jumping mechanics while reducing the risk of injury. At PSP, we believe that keeping our training sessions fun and exciting it will set the ground work for them to enjoy and understand the benefits of speed and strength training as they continue to grow.
