Membership Policies and FAQ

  • AUTOMATIC RENEWAL:

    All membership plans are billed automatically via electronic payment (credit card, debit card, or checking account draft). Memberships will automatically renew each month or quarter with the same payment terms and billing date established at time of enrollment. Memberships are not prorated; your billing date is the date signed up and that is when all sessions become available for use. All sessions must be used within that billing cycle which is one (1) month for monthly memberships and three (3) months for quarterly memberships.

    All appointment and attendance packs are paid upfront and will expire upon a set date or when all attendances are used.

    MEMBERSHIP CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

    Any changes to membership plans or cancellations must be received before the next billing date. It is the members responsibility to monitor membership expiration and renewal dates, and submit the cancellation request prior to your next bill date. All cancellation requests, upgrades, and downgrades must be submitted via our Account Change Request Form.

    There will be no refunds issued once a payment has been charged to your account. All prepaid appointment packs and attendance packs are non-refundable. Please note, changes cannot be made retroactively, and all sessions must be used during the allotted membership time frame. Sessions will not be held or saved for future use.

    Monthly and quarterly plans and memberships can be canceled at any time, however all cancellation requests must be submitted via our Account Change Request Form. Approved requests will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period and any upcoming subscriptions will not be charged.

    Monthly memberships will remain active until the end of the current monthly billing period for any remaining sessions to be used.

    Quarterly memberships will remain active until the end of the current quarterly billing period for any remaining sessions to be used.

    All members are welcome to upgrade or downgrade their membership plans. Memberships will be upgraded/downgraded upon approval of desired change date. Changes will go into effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Please note, changes cannot be made retroactively. You can make this request via our Account Change Request Form.

  • All clients must RSVP to classes prior to class start time via the website or Pivotal mobile app. This ensures a secured spot in their desired class time. If you are unable to enroll prior to the cap then your name will be added to a waitlist. If you have reserved a spot in a class and can no longer attend, you will be required to cancel your enrollment 90 minutes prior to the class start time to allow for another member on the waitlist to attend the class. Any canceled RSVP’s within the 90 minute time frame, or no-shows, are subject to a deduction of a session from your package. If you are on the waitlist you will need to wait until a spot opens to attend the class. The system will notify you directly if space becomes available.

    Please Note: All clients must sign in at the Pivotal Sports Performance Kiosk prior to your scheduled class/session to change your status from reserved to checked in. If there are multiple classes going on, please be sure to sign in to the correct class type and time.

    To reserve a session, you must log in to your account directly via the website or PSP Mobile App. If you are unsure how to enroll in classes, please ask.

  • All attendance allowances for memberships are based on the memberships’ billing cycle and must be used within that billing period. While we recommend consistency with our memberships, you are not required to attend a certain amount of sessions per week. All memberships are allotted to be used within that month, or quarter. This allows for flexibility for vacations, holidays, and schedule changes that we all encounter. We understand schedules change and we want to ensure our clients have the opportunity to attend the sessions they pay for!

  • Pivotal Sports Performance will not provide refunds retroactively for any cancellation or account change requests. Change requests are only processed by sending written notification via our Account Change Request Form. Please do not send cancellation messages to our social media sites. Pivotal Sports Performance does not issue refunds if you do not use your membership, nor can you carry over sessions to the next month if you missed a class.

    Pivotal Sports Performance only accepts bank account, credit card, or debit card payments. Cash and check payments are no longer accepted.

  • In the interest of keeping everyone as safe and focused on their training sessions, we ask that you adhere to these policies regarding spectators and safety. We ask for no spectators on the facility floor to allow for proper space for all clients. Parents and guardians are welcome to drop off their athletes and remain in the parking lot or return upon completion of class.

    Please clean up after yourself and respect all facility equipment. We pride ourselves on keeping a clean environment for our members.

  • In order to sign up with Pivotal Sports Performance you need to open an account by creating a client profile:

    Click on any of the Free Trial Sign Up buttons on our home page if you are not a member and would like to try a free session first.

    Click on the Programs menu button to review all the groups Pivotal offers, and you can see a list of memberships to sign up for under each program offering.

    If you have previously attended a free intro class or completed a waiver, you have already taken the first step of creating a client profile for your account. To further manage your account you will need to access the welcome email you received when you first completed your client profile and waiver. Once you have accessed the link in your welcome email, you can add a password and update the entire profile anytime to include mailing address, email address, phone number and payment methods.
