Jaren Whitehead

BS, CSCS

Jaren is currently coaching ADP sessions for our youth, middle school, and high school athletes. He offerss private training packages and manages off-site training for high schools and teams, and has begun a successful track program for high school athletes.

  • Jaren Whitehead has been a sports performance coach for 4 years as he simultaneously played football and finished his degree. Jaren has worked with different teams and originations through the years to gain experience before coming a full time performance coach. He has worked with the track team at Kearney Catholic High School (NE) as well as assisted the strength staff at The University of Nebraska at Kearney.  Jaren is originally from Parker, Colorado where he attended Ponderosa High School and was a two sport varsity athlete. He was named All-State in 2016 and 2017 as a cornerback for the football team. Jaren also holds the school record for the 4x100 meter relay. After high school Jaren went on to The University of Nebraska at Kearney where he played cornerback for 4 years. During his time at UNK, Jaren earned a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and a minor in nutrition. 

    Jaren is currently CPR and AED certified and is working towards his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCS).

    Jaren’s main goal while coaching is to create an unforgettable environment and atmosphere for each and every athlete that comes to train while helping them reach their individual athletic goals.
